NOTE: Your personal GAS-OPERATED AIRSOFT PISTOL and holster may be used for this course. However, GUNFIGHTERS Ltd. must approve the use of the pistol prior to the start of the class. At least two (2) magazines are needed for the
class. If your airsoft pistol is not acceptable, equipment will be issued for the course.

REFUND POLICIES
I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING POLICIES:

______ All seats are reserved on a first come basis until all seats are filled. Your seat will be reserved
upon receipt of payment in full. If no seats are available when your application is received,
your deposit will be returned and you will be placed on a stand-by list if you wish. You will
be contacted as soon as possible if a seat becomes available. Late applications will be
accepted provided that there are seats available in the course.
______ If I cancel my seat in the course less than 30 days before the beginning of the course, a
50% refund will be returned to me. I will forfeit the remaining 50% of my deposit.
______ GUNFIGHTERS Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the training course. In the rare event that
this happens, you will receive a full refund. GUNFIGHTERS Ltd. is not responsible for any
other expenses I incur due to the cancellation of the course.

Ltd. can at his sole discretion terminate my participation in the course if my safety practices
or conduct is unacceptable.
